Second Temporary Art Strike Action Committee, Alytus Chapter (STASAC-Alytus) calls for an Art Strike action to paralyze one of the most primitive and sophisticated shoots of contemporary neo-liberal EU policies, the endless sequence of European Cultural Capitals. STASAC-Alytus calls for an Art Strike against Vilnius becoming a European Cultural Capital and instead hold the Art Strike Biennial in Alytus in August 18-24, 2009.
